The Board of Governors
Consisting of representatives of the Area Board, Transferees (representatives from the local churches), parents and staff, has responsibility for the appointment of staff and the running of the school.

The Principal, Vice Principal and Key Stage Leaders form the School Leadership Team responsible for finance, curriculum policies, communication and the general administration of the school.
The Principal, Vice Principal and Curriculum Co-ordinators are responsible for the development and organisation of the teaching programme in each subject area.
The whole school co-ordinating team which brings together Curriculum Co-ordinators and Primary Leaders provides effective communication throughout the school.
Twenty-four Class Teachers have overall responsibility for the pupils' progress and for communication with Principal, Senior Staff and Parents on academic and pastoral matters. In addition, there is a Special Needs Co-ordinator and teachers providing expertise in the field of Music and PE.
The School Secretaries and Ancillary Staff facilitate the administration and smooth running of the school.
